Harry and his team today did a marvellous job of installing our split system air conditioner. We have an unusual house and this caused them no issue. They were all friendly, arrived promptly, explained exactly what they were doing, completed the job to an excellent standard and left the work area spotless. We have used these guys twice now, once to upgrade our power box and install safety switches and again to install 2 Air-conditioners, we are extremely happy with their service and price. During the middle of summer our split system air conditioner decided to stop working. Patrick came out the same day and was able to give me an idea of what could be wrong and costs involved. After some tests it was advised to get a new system. We could either purchase our own or get one through Patrick. We chose to go through Patrick because his prices were very competitive and it saved us time.Overall Patrick's professionalism was refreshing and his advice helpful. We had a small issue with the head unit leaking which Patrick said could happen. He came back the next day and solved the problem, which was not caused by him in the first place.
